What should you
look for in a roofing contractor?
First, make sure they carry both Commercial General Liability
Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. The law states,
pursuant to California Business & Professions code s7159.3
(SB2029): Home improvement contractors must provide a notice
and disclose whether or not they carry commercial General
Liability Insurance.

General Roofing Company is licensed, bonded, and fully
covered by workers compensation and commercial liability
insurance, and is a C-39 contractor. Certificates are provided
upon request.<<Selection in Document>>
In addition to the normal Limited Labor Warranty for every
roofing project, because we are affiliated with CertainTeed
and Elk Peak Performance programs, additional warranties are
available. An example is the CertainTeed SureStart Plus 5 Star
warranty program which can only be offered by an approved
Select Shingle Roofer.
